For more than five years, the husband-and-wife duo Heartstrings has been crafting the perfect soundtrack for San Diego’s finest wineries and special events.
Composed of veteran musicians Fred and Barbara Kokaska, whose extensive backgrounds span blues, Motown, and classic rock, the duo delivers a sophisticated yet relaxing blend of pop and light rock. Driven by soulful guitar and melodic harmonies, Heartstrings recently expanded their repertoire with their April 2026 debut EP, At the Heart of It All, featuring six original songs.
